Track My Order
If you no longer require any unused product you bought, or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.
Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.
How to Return
- Give one of the Team a call on 1300 722 275, send a live chat message, SMS or email sales@voltex.com with the items you'd like to return
- You will be emailed a con note to print
- Place the items in a cardboard box (please cross out/cover any old shipping labels)
- Just leave your parcel at your usual delivery place/front door
- …and a Courier will collect it for you!

Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping
- Orders $150 and over (ex. GST) ship free.
- Orders under $150 incur a $15 (ex. GST) delivery fee.
- A second order to the same address dispatched on the same day (order placed before 4:00pm Sydney time) ships free.
Order Cut-Off
- Orders placed by 4:00pm SYD / 3:30pm ADL, Mon–Fri, are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm SYD / 3:30pm ADL Mon-Fri are dispatched the next business day.
Specially Serviced Areas
Adelaide
- Orders placed by 2:00pm Adelaide time ship and deliver the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm Adelaide time ship and deliver the next day.
Sydney Metro
- Orders placed by midnight (SYD time) on the day before a business day qualify for next-day delivery.
- Half Day (6hr) and Express (4hr) delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Additional Details
- A street address is required for delivery.
- Deliveries occur Monday–Friday only, excluding public holidays.
- Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your distance from a Voltex distribution centre.
- Freight providers typically deliver by 5:00pm in your local timezone; however, delivery timing within the day may vary depending on courier routing, which is outside Voltex's control.
