If a dispute arises between Customers using Voltex Share, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to release Voltex Electrical from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
By engaging with Voltex by telephone, you acknowledge and agree that your calls may be monitored and/or recorded for training, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. Any recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Australian & New Zealand privacy and telecommunications laws. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please notify our team member at the beginning of the call.
When you communicate with Voltex by telephone, we may record or monitor the call for training, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. These recordings are treated as personal information under this Privacy Policy. They are stored securely, with access restricted to authorised staff or approved service providers under confidentiality obligations and are deleted when no longer required.
